7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies and similar technologies for website functionality, security, preferences, analytics, and measurement. Some cookies may be necessary for the website to function. Other technologies may help us understand how visitors use the website or evaluate website performance.
Where required by applicable law, visitors will be provided appropriate choices concerning nonessential cookies. Browser settings may also allow you to restrict or delete cookies. Doing so may affect certain website functionality.
If our use of analytics, advertising, or similar technologies constitutes a “sale,” “sharing,” targeted advertising, or another activity subject to an opt-out right under applicable privacy law, we will provide the legally required opt-out mechanism. Where required by applicable law, we will recognize and process legally valid opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control.
8. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

9. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing services, maintaining business records, complying with legal requirements, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.
Newsletter unsubscribe information may be retained on a suppression list so that we can honor the request not to send future marketing communications. Client data retention may instead be governed by the applicable professional-services agreement.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse. No internet transmission, information system, or storage technology can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism contained in the communication or by contacting us. We may retain information necessary to honor an unsubscribe request.
Commercial emails we send will include a functioning unsubscribe mechanism and a valid physical postal address as required by applicable U.S. law. We will process unsubscribe requests within the timeframe required by law.
This section covers email communications. If we offer SMS/text-message communications, enrollment will use a separate opt-in process appropriate to that channel and applicable law; general newsletter or website consent does not itself authorize text messaging.
15. Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are intended primarily for businesses and professional users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our public website. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
